Dr Chapman has been treating my cat, Nikita for over 10 years. She is gentle with my pet, and very knowledgable. She always involves me in discussing treatment options. Her staff are caring and professional. I have worked in the Veterinary profession as an ER technician, as well as a Veterinary Hospital Administrator for almost 50 years, and in my experience, Dr Chapman and Parkdale Pet Care is one of the best. I trust them completely.

Dr. Dale has been our vet throughout the lives of our 4 cocker spaniels. He never makes us feel rushed, o question is left unanswered, no fear overlooked. He has spent almost an entire Thanksgiving calling us every hour to check up on one of our dogs that was seriously ill, instead of spending the day celebrating with his family. Our dog had pancreatitis and when we have running out of options to get her to eat, he boiled up a venison and rice mixture for her, and even delivered it. I work for doctors everyday and feel that medical knowledge is an expectation. it's what they went to school for. But Dr. Dale understands that it's not just diagnosing and treating symptoms that makes a good doctor. it's connecting with animals, calming them, caring about them, reassuring, and sometimes comforting the animal's family when they are faced with difficult news. He does it all and more. Watching him with our dogs, from the moment he walks into room until the last friendly goodbye confirms our choice in our vet. What he does for his practice, can't be taught, it comes from the heart. He "gets" it. we're just lucky we landed in his care.
